Cóż, przed weekendem warto zaopatrzyć wszystkich w nowe informacje, które dla większości z nas (bo kto nie korzysta, albo przynajmniej nie ma konta na Facebooku?) mogą okazać się naprawdę interesujące. Tym razem otrzymaliśmy informacje dotyczące aktualizacji niezwykle popularnego, firmowanego przez RIM, klienta wspomnianego już w tytule wpisu, portalu społecznościowego, do wersji 1.8 i 2.0, które będą miały miejsce jeszcze w tym roku.
W maju tego roku, a więc już za około dwa miesiące, powinna ukazać się kolejna odsłona FB dla BlackBerry, oznaczona numerem 1.8, i o ile nie przyniesie ona zmian w samym interface, o tyle wprowadzi jedną bardzo znaczącą zmianę – od teraz do ‘wychwytywania’ powiadomień nie będą wykorzystywane maile, a standardowy push BlackBerry, co znacząco usprawni działanie aplikacji i prędkość pobierania nowych informacji. Do tego dojdzie możliwość umieszczania nagrań wideo prosto z naszych urządzeń.
Do końca roku powinniśmy mieć również możliwość wykonania kolejnej aktualizacji, tym razem do wersji 2.0, oferującej między innymi zmiany w wyglądzie (nie wiadomo jeszcze jakie), a także możliwość wyszukiwania osób w serwisie.
